By creating an account and using xrepu, you agree to these terms.

The service

xrepu connects to your Google Business Profile account and generates draft replies to customer reviews using AI or templates. Replies are published to Google only when you explicitly approve them, or automatically for reviews you have opted to auto-publish (4-5 stars with no negative-sentiment keywords).

Subscriptions and billing

Each connected business is billed separately at $35/month via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel any subscription at any time from the Subscription page.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing any reply before it is published, unless you have opted into auto-publish.
• You must have the legal right to manage the Google Business Profile you connect.
• You agree not to use the service to publish false, misleading, or abusive content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xrepu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including replies published via the auto-publish feature that you have explicitly enabled.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
